Policy

 Participant must complete online assignments prior to the  date of the scheduled class. Participant must show up to class with in 15-minute grace period.  Participant will not proceed in the course if online assignments are incomplete on the day of  class. Reschedule Policy will be enforced at the responsibility of the Provider. CANCELLATION POLICY: You may only cancel your course via confirmation email) up to 48  hours of your course. If you must cancel within 48 hours, please contact our main office directly  at (412) 401-8399 or admin@vbwtraining.com  RESCHEDULE POLICY: You may only reschedule your course (via your confirmation email)  up to 48 hours of scheduled in-person course. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, please  contact our main office. Enter Promo Code at registration.  NO SHOW POLICY: If a registered participant is a no show and absent from their scheduled  class, the participant will not receive a refund of any kind. The class may only be rescheduled  with the $25 reschedule fee.  CERTIFICATION POLICY: Most Certifications take 2-3 business days to receive electronically  via email. Observations must be completed and transferred to certification. Rectification  requirements are to be maintained by a certified practicum observer and signed off by a trainer  annually.  VISITOR POLICY: Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during  training. Children are not permitted unless they are registered in the course.  • NOTE: VBW Training reserves the right to cancel classes as needed.
